As a coach, there are many lenses through which we can look at the same human.

The ELI measures energy: a person's level of consciousness, the attitudinal lens they're looking through in this season of life. It answers the question: Who are you being right now?

The EQ-i 2.0 measures skills: fifteen specific, discrete emotional capacities, and how developed each one is at this moment. It answers a different question: What capacities do you actually have to work with?

In this session, Cindy Gardner and Lisa Kaplin will explore how combining these two lenses can take your coaching deeper, into more experiential territory.
