What is the EQ-i 2.0?
The EQ-i 2.0 is a widely recognized emotional intelligence assessment used across coaching, leadership development, and organizational psychology.
Developed by MHS (Multi-Health Systems), it provides research-based insight into how individuals perceive emotions, regulate themselves, relate to others, and navigate stress and decision-making.
This 2-day certification program qualifies you to administer and interpret both the EQ-i 2.0 (self-assessment) and EQ-360 (multi-rater assessment), expanding your ability to support clients through structured emotional intelligence work. The program delivers the official MHS certification curriculum with thoughtful integration that aligns with iPEC's coaching philosophy.
How EQ-i 2.0 Complements Energy Leadership® and the ELI
