All of our Lead Trainers have completed 500+ coaching hours to obtain a PCC or MCC credential from the ICF, plus an additional 640 training hours with iPEC—meaning you'll have the same engaging, high-quality iPEC experience no matter which trainer you have.
You’ll also have plenty of flexibility and choice when it comes to how you receive your training. Choose the environment that’s best for you with options like in-person vs. virtual modules, as well as midweek vs. weekend training options.

Coaching Fundamentals is Your First Step on the Path to Certification
This 3-day training is also the first module of the iPEC Coach Training Program. In just three days, you’ll gain a ton of foundational tools and insights you can implement right away in both work and life.
And if you do decide to enroll in the full Coach Training Program after completing Coaching Fundamentals, your tuition for Coaching Fundamentals will be applied toward the full program cost!
When you complete the full Coach Training Program, you’ll earn two industry-recognized certifications: your Certified Professional Coach (CPC) certification, and your Energy Leadership Index® Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) certification.
