10 Things to Expect Next
Congratulations, you are one step further in your coaching journey!
Here is what happens next...
1. You will receive a Student Enrollment Agreement via email
- Please review it carefully and sign the agreement electronically.
- Brainstorm who you want to bring as a guest to this life-changing experience! Their ticket is on us. You'll receive an email with more information about bringing a guest once you've officially enrolled.
2. You will receive an email asking you to confirm your email address
- Click the link in the email to ensure you will receive communications from us. Make sure you note what email you have registered with us, as you will always want to email us from that address to ensure your inquiry is not delayed.
- Our system only allows students to register one email address with iPEC.
3. You will receive a welcome email with important information
- Login to the Hub with your new credentials.
- Watch the Hub Orientation video on Box 01 of your Hub Dashboard.
4. You might have signed up for Advanced Standing if you enrolled in our program early
- If so, you can begin your work once you have access to the Hub.
- BE SURE to follow directions on completing your work so you don’t lose it!
- Double check the Advanced Standing deadline as you will only have until then to complete the work.
5. Think about completing your LIfe Review before Module I (also included in Advanced Standing)
- Completing this assignment will give you the most powerful experience in Module I, however, it isn’t required for attendance.
6. You will receive an email ONE WEEK prior to your Module I with all the details you need to know about your training
- This email will include directions on how to find your Zoom access link in the Hub (if your class is virtual).
- This email will also show you where to find digital materials (as well as materials to assemble) in the Hub which will be needed for training.
- You will receive an email with tracking information to track your physical materials for class.
- If you are attending training in person, this email will include your dates and training location.
7. Your training will be three days (whether virtual or in person)
- Trainings are 9am–7pm each day, however you will want to show up or login at 8:30am on the first day of class.
- Training location information can be found in the Training Locations tab in the Hub.
- Attendance and participation for all three days is required.
- If you are attending a virtual training, you must be on camera for the entire training.
8. If you have extra time before your training module, you can explore!
- Check out the blog articles in the Learning Center on iPECcoaching.com
- Come say hi in the iPEC Coach Community—your #1 resource to connect with your fellow coaches.
9. The Help Center is an excellent place to find the answers to your questions
- Just type in your inquiry and relevant information will appear to help you to uncover your answer.
10. If you have any questions contact Student Support
- The best way to contact student support is to submit a help ticket using the HubBot. Go to https://community.ipeccoaching.com/ and click the yellow chat bubble in the bottom right of your screen. You do not need to be logged in to submit a ticket.
