The ELI Self-Assessment is an attitudinal assessment tool that captures how an individual currently perceives and approaches work and life. 

With the awareness and insights gained through the ELI debrief, clients have the opportunity to reshape their attitudes and worldview and transform who they are.

On top of all the benefits of the ELI Self-Assessment, this 360° version of the ELI is a powerful feedback tool used to find out how others see your client (in addition to how they see themselves)—providing them with a true “360 degree” perspective.

How it Works

1. After you purchase a self-assessment, you will receive instructions for how to assign the assessment to your client.
   
   
2. Your client will complete the ELI online self-assessment, which consists of 70 questions and takes about 20 minutes to complete.
   
   
3. You will receive an email once your client completes the assessment, allowing you to access their results.
   
   
4. You can then schedule and administer a 1:1 debrief with your client

How it Works

The ELI 360 Assessment process is very similar to the self-assessment. 

1. Your client will complete the ELI self-assessment online.
   
   
2. Select family, friends, colleagues, and/or other connections in your client's life will receive a link for a survey, where they will be able to rate your client according to their observations of them.
   
   
3. You will receive an email once your client and their raters complete the assessment, allowing you to generate their report.
   
   
4. You can then schedule and administer a 1:1 debrief with your client, where you’ll review the combined results of all raters and compare that feedback against how your client rated themselves as well as exploring the self-assessment results.
